Any one knows how to remove?

Can any one tell me if it is easy and how to remove this panel?
Do I just pull the panel towards me? Need a special tool?

I want to change it for a Carbon Fiber made one.

I have no experience. What I've read for years on the forum says that rivets break, even when using a removal tool. And some anecdotes include saying something like this: "I only broke a couple of them, but the rest seem to hold everything securely." That wouldn't satisfy me.
