Antifreeze odor under hood

We have 2019 GT2 with 16000 miles on it great car. Been noticing a antifreeze order from engine compartment see no leaks and levels are full and has been pressure tested.
Has anyone noticed the same

This seems to be a very common issue with many members. I have it too, I notice it mostly at startup versus after the engine is hot but fluid levels seem to stay fine so it must be a quirk of the engine where it vents the smell.

I have it too. Pressure tested and nothing found. still smells.
on my car, it's strongest at the drivers' side rear of the engine block. there is some water distribution module back there, I suspect that's the problem, but it must be something that leaks only when it's open, as the pressure test finds nothing.
