I have a 2019 GT2 3.3 RWD. I've had the pads changed but the rotors now are really bad. 98K miles, original rotors. I not NOTHING about brakes and pads and rotors and cars. I have those stock Brembos on there.

I have a guy who can install new rotors and pads. I dont race or drive too fast, etc.

Would these work fine...do they essentially replace the Brembos? I know nothing again about any of this, just want to save money on rotors and pads as again I dont drive fast and am very careful driving.

Thanks for any noobish help.

Before you toss your existing rotors, have you tried an aggressive scrub/re-bedding?

As in, find an open road, get up to 60 or 70, brake down aggressively to close to a stop, repeat several times to get things hot and scrape them clean, then drive around for a few miles while things cool down without any stops where you're holding the hot pads against hot rotors.

If this improves things, that points to pad deposits rather than a rotor issue, and you should be able to scrape them clean and upgrade pads.
