so... I found this website called color fittings. (website below) they make some colored an fittings that just look good! I shot them a call since I noticed they're located in Santa Clara. I personally don't know squat about an fittings and proper hose sizing or anything of the sort but what I do know is that I want braided hoses and an fittings. well, I shot over a call and joseph answered. very cool dude! very helpful. this spot is not a storefront but they're glad to give my parts and ar a look to see exactly what I need to do a replacement for my occ hoses. not that I know they can help me out in this aspect does anyone know which hoses are ok for me to replace? I don't know everything about the car and what is and isn't possible so any help on what I can replace for colored an fittings and braided hoses would be amazing!!! I'm going next week to check some things out and buy the an fittings and hoses for my add w1 occ.

I know I know, I'm that guy again here to spoil your dreams.

It's more work than it's worth, trust me. You would have to get AN fittings welded onto the OE hardlines. On top of that AN lines aren't molded so you can't route them as cleanly as the OE designed hoses what's more it doesn't offer any real benefits for a daily driven car and can actually be more of a pain in the ass to deal with when doing work on the car. also the brading on the hose can be abrasive so if they rub against other things in the engine bay you could ruin the finish of the other objects or even cut through them.

This is assuming you do it the right way. You could half ass it and try to use a hose clamp on the less visible ends but this isn't what braided hoses are designed for. My professional opinion is to not waste the time and money on doing this and spend it on stuff that actually will improve the performance of the car.

The OCC can probably have them threaded on but you have the consider where the hoses are going to on the engine side where all it has is regular hose fittings.
