Advice Needed To Earth A Wire Near Fusebox

Hi guys
I am trying to get to a nut near the fuse box to earth a wire for my dashcam. (See Picture). How do I remove the black compartment covering for easier access? I notices there is a screw (see picture) there are also two other screws on the other side closer to the fuse box (see picture).

Are these the screws I remove to pull the compartment off so I can get the the nut? Im just a little scared as there is an airbag.

Just pop the side/end panel and you'll get better assess. Mine is earthed to the bolt going through the black plastic part.
