Advanced Car Setup Questions

Hi All, I'm really new here an so hoping you have a section on how to do some custom work on the entertainment unit /car interior setup? Id really like to be able to change the speed camera warnings for example to as they will often talk over me while I'm in work discussions in the car. I've changed the settings provided but it's pretty limited and it still happens.

Also has anyone investigated other ways, (perhaps using custom buttons) to change drive mode?
