Hello.

I’ve been trying to research how to bleed the cooling system and from it appears it’s rather difficult on our car… especially reading the oil line recall at the dealer, they themselves have trouble.

I have the Xtool A30M OBD2 reader, not sure if that has the ability to bleed the system?

Or I’ve also seen that you can manually burp the car through the hoses. Does anyone have a procedure to follow that they know works? And will it solve my issue of the AC not blowing hot when I have the temperature on the AC set to warm during idle.

My last resort will be the dealer.

Thanks in advance!

Why are you running the A/C if you want hot/warm air?

Foe bleeding the coolant, try something like this.

I’ve always done it for defogging the windows as it removes moisture. I’ve also heard that it’s good to to it during the winter months to circulate refrigerant and oil through the system… I could be wrong tho‍

just using the defrost/floor setting or defrost runs the AC whether you want cool air or not, so there's really no need to manually turn on AC for that purpose
