A pillar 3 gauge install

Hey everyone, I've been sitting on this triple gauge pillar I had made from 2019 from a shop and I'm wanting to finally put this in. I've dry fitted it and it works fine around the airbags so theres no problem with that. Problem is, I've never done gauges and the directions from glow shift seem a little confusing. Does anyone have any tips on this? I think I'll need to buy some extension wiring due to the battery being in the truck. Any advice will be helpful. Thanks in advance team.
