A/C Vent Lights

Question does anyone happen to know what Mercedes year and model the LED vent lights are from that are being used to replace the Stinger OEM vents. Also has anyone replaced the two rear OEM A/C vents with LED vents.

I don't know what year they are from but I did see that a while back Mintz Garage was selling a kit to add on the two rear vents to the front three vents but they aren't selling any vents at all anymore. I suspect it may be a supply issue. The K8 store is still showing the three front vents for sale.
