Brought my car in on the 7th, and may not get it back for another couple days. Having the gauge cluster replaced; here's what's taken so long:
-The dealer needed approval from Kia to cover the replacement. (If the car is under warranty shouldn't that be a given?)
-Had to wait for the part to arrive
-Once it arrived, the dealer sent it out again for mileage calibration.
Needless to say, I did not expect this to take almost two weeks. They are covering the cost of the rental, but driving a Focus makes the wait that much harder!
