Hey all, I recently replaced my shift knob to the N-line one, which started to trigger issues, or at least that's what I correlated it to. I have a 2022 Stinger GT-Line.

Issue 1: Replaced the boot as well, was tight going into Park (leather pulls from the wide to the short side on left).
No Fix (can live with this, might replace with OEM boot)

Issue 2: I was stuck in Accessory mode with middle cluster screen reading "shift to P"
Fixed by removing boot and knob, starting car, shift to Park, turn car off. Accessory mode, shift to N, reinstall knob only, shift to Park, turn off completely, press in boot frame.

Issue 3: Remote start not working via remote or app
Fix, since my issues began with the replacement of the knob that was my start of researching and found a bulletin mentioning this exact issue and it is due to a damper. I ordered the recommended replacement damper (Part 46733-J5100FFF) but in the meantime, I decided to remove and reinstall the current damper. I did not disconnect the battery as the bulletin requires, and remote start function did not work when testing immediately after. However, the next morning I could successfully start the car with the app and remote. I believe the cars electronics needed to be completely off after replacing the damper before it could properly reset.

Photos of the damper are attached (right side of gear selector)

IF THIS ISSUE ARISES AGAIN, I WILL REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW PART. IT IS CURRENTLY IN TRANSIT.

Hope this helps some people.
