No it would not be easy or cheap

I was surprised/disappointed that my GT1 had no hatch release button up front (my '94 Plymouth Voyager had one of those ferpetesakes!). Inconceivable! But I learned to live without it. Lack of that release is only a minor inconvenience.

I traded in a 2015 Kia Optima and located on the front dash there was a trunk release, it was handy.
My Stinger looks like it has a place for a button.
I contacted the dealer, expecting to get a price to install the release and I was surprised when they told me to check with an after market shop.
