3.3TT 2019 Stinger GTS Questions

Hey! I am new to all of this and was wondering if I could ask what I'm sure are stupid questions. I am putting HKS plugs and a Stillen Intake on and a JB4. I think there are 5 settings on the JB4 and it comes set to #1. With the few things I am doing is #1 all I can use and if not what # can I use? I also want to know what else I should do to get the most out of the JB4. I'm not trying to go crazy just want to speed it up a bit. I know that is a loaded question but if the JB4 can give up to 100 HP what do you get on #'s 1-4?
