I found a red 2018 GT2 AWD with 9000 miles for 38k with 3.5 years left on the original warranty. Is this a good price? I’ve been trying to shop around for a 2021 GT2 AWD to do a lease buyout but I’m having trouble finding dealers that will come down enough even with 2022s on the lot. I’m planning to own the car long term as a daily driver so obviously buying new gets me the original warranty.

The only thing I’d really miss on the 2018 GT2 vs 2019+ GT2 is the 360 camera. There are lots of 2021 GT1s around though. What significant differences are there between a 2018 GT2 and a 2021 GT1? Power liftgate, Nappa leather, HUD, and the shifter?

Thanks!

Is this a good deal on a 2021 GT2 AWD for a lease buyout?

From the dealer:
“Dealer & Handling - $699.00
California Registration fee - $200.00
Total - $899.00

Security Transfer - $205.50 this transfer the ownership into your name and is part of our standard fees for all new and pre-owned vehicles

The $1,574.73 is made up of your 1st months payment and your upfront taxes on the rebate of $6,700 plus you pay the $200 for CA at inception”

If you are in the US, I'm pretty sure all the 2019-2021 have the Stinger script on the back. 2018s have the Kia emblem on the hatch lid. I don't think the 2018 has wireless charging either. Probably some other stuff that I'm forgetting as well.
