2.5 Grinding noise on cold start

Hello,

I have a 22 GT-LINE 2.5 that sometimes makes a brief but loud grinding noise during the first second of start up after sitting all night Subsequent starts after driving are normal. The ambient temperature seems to affect it a too; when it's warmer out I dont hear it as much if at all on a cold start.

Its not the fuel injector ticking noise.

Ive seen another post or two on this issue but no resolution.

Car only has 17k miles, but has done it since i bought it at 7k. Ive only been back to the dealer twice for oil changes, but forgot to mention it to them. Dealer is about 60 miles away, so I guess id have to plan to leave it overnight.
Any other 2.5 owners experience this? Is it a starter issue? Maybe chain slap?

I can try to get a video of it at some point too.
