“Farting” noise following installation of cold air intake

Installed a burger tuning cold air intake and am now hearing a “farting” noise every once in a while, as well as hearing the whoosh sound as you’d normally want. Doesn’t matter what psi of boost I'm at when i let off, the noise will still happen randomly. Is there a fix to this or why it’s happening ? Will provide more information if needed.
