    Rooftop Antenna Functions?

    i believe that the antenna on the Stinger's roof is used to receive GPS and Sirius XM signals. Can it also serve as an antenna for transmitting signals? Does the Kia UVO system have its own connection to the outside world for functions such as Parking Minder, Roadside Assist, 911 Connect, etc...
