Never on leather.. but on hard plastics its fine just dont put heaps on
Just use some warm water with abit of dish washing liquid, clean cloth and wash the window soap ir up abit...if you have a small squeegee use...
If your car sits in sun alot the plastics and armorall if you use seem to sweat and thus foggy glass
Also i have Karcher Window Cleaning Vac...that things brilliant.
Sucks all the water away no streaks, so easy :)

I use water only on inside on my tint...
Make up your own using water abit of metho and some dishwashing liquid...then clean with microfibre, trust me it works a treat...as l hate dirty...

Maybe around coastal areas you would be prone to staining, but keep them polished and shouldn't be an issue IMO :thumbup:
